Has anyone donated plush toys and seen them sold on this site?
The cute Insta posts are fine but it would be nice to see more of the donations and know more of the time frame from donation to sale post.
I've noticed that replies to Insta posts asking if this is their donated bear don't get replied to.

Hi there! Charlotte here from Loved Before here 🥰 first of all thanks so much for your donation! We get so many donations that it can be hard to say thank you straight away (if you've included a note). We certainly receive a lot of donations and are looking to improve those processes so that more people can see them coming up, but unfortunately with such a tiny team it can't always be straight away that they make an appearance. Please also bear (hehe) in mind that we do events and pop ups etc which mean friends won't always appear on the site in the traditional way. This isn't usually the case but we can assure you that they're being loved, looked after and will be finding wonderful new homes. We're certainly hoping to introduce some exciting new aspects of our donations process in the coming months so really appreciate any feedback in the meantime.
