But, what do
we actually do?
Loved Before is a totally one-of-a-kind soft toy adoption agency, showing the world the true power of 'Loved Before'. When you donate your soft toys to us, you fill in a Loved Before card to tell us a little about their story, life or the memories you've shared with them.
This card is then displayed and packaged with them as they start their adventures with their new families who choose from their vast stories and characters. Whether you're parting ways with old friends, looking to save the planet or searching for a totally unique gift, we have something for everyone at Loved Before.
Sustainability at the heart
All of our Loved Befores have been
owned before and therefore 100%
of what we sell is recycled.
Our boxes and sleeves are totally
recyclable and our inner materials
are made from discarded textile offcuts
We are committed to challenging
the way things are done, and
creating the best future possible
for the next generations.
Our charity model
At Loved Before, we are passionate about supporting our communities and making a difference and so this year we are supporting the wonderful Make-A-Wish UK. Make A Wish creates life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses. Granting their One True Wish provides hope for the future and the resilience to cope with treatment. They are given quality time away from the daily realities of living with their condition, to make magical memories that they can treasure forever - whatever their future may hold.
Last year, they granted life-changing wishes to more than 1,000 children and young people here in the UK. Every month, hundreds more children are turning to them and they can only grant their wishes with the help of people just like you! Every time you rehome one of our toys, Loved Before make a donation to Make A Wish – so let’s make the magic happen - give a toy a home and a child a wish!
Did you know that since Loved Before started, it has donated over 50% of all its profits to charity?
" Before Loved Before, I had never been able to get my children to even think of parting with their toys, even the ones that had been under the bed for years "
