"These are The Tinsley Bears. They were kept together and always came out for family photos, birthdays, and the odd tidy-up. Nobody could ever bring themselves to separate them, even when space was tight. They’d love a home that keeps them as a group and doesn’t mind a bit of togetherness on display."

Condition: Gently loved and lightly hugged.

Warning: As it comes without a valid CE or UKCA label, this item is not suitable for use by children under the age of 14. We strongly advise against buying it for a home where children younger than that may have access to it.

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. During the festive period toys can take up to around 10 - 12 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
