"Sprocket loves naps, cuddles and peering out the window. We asked Sprocket what he is looking at when he looks out of the window and he said "if you keep still for long enough, lots of little balls come out of the bushes and fly through the air, making whistling noises!" we looked at eachother puzzled, we did as he said - and that was the day Sprocket learned what birds are."

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. Toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
