"Poppet gets excited about things in a small but very genuine way and has a habit of leaning forward as if he’s about to join in at any moment. He doesn’t always know what’s happening, but he’s keen to be part of it. He told us that he used to live in Disney Land and we have no reason not to believe him."

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. During the festive period toys can take up to around 10 - 12 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
