    Once soft toys are ordered, it takes a day or two for them to finish up in the spa and then be prepared. They will then be shipped according to the option you choose. Please note that due to current circumstances and extra pressure on the postal service, orders may be subject to delays and customers should get in touch with questions or queries on specific orders.

    Although we hope all adoptions have a happy ending and your new soft toy is everything what you expect, we are happy to offer a full refund in any instance that you are not 100% satisfied with the soft toy you have bought.

     

    You can return the soft toy(s) and get a full refund (excl. shipping) for up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please contact us via the site to find out more.

    *Although we provide all customers with any information we can on the safety and condition of any soft toys when buying/purchasing new friends, we cannot guarantee the safety of any of our soft toys, and ask that any customer gets in touch if they require more information about a specifc teddy bear they are looking to buy. Many of our older teddy bears & soft toys were produced before the introduction of the CE label and cannot be classified as 'toys', and so we advise against buying/purchasing of these toys for children under the age of 14. All sustainably sourced within the UK to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. So not only are the soft toys you buy fully sustainable toys due to their pre-loved nature  we also think about all the little details too!
