    We have examined this item and cannot find any visible tear in its covering, or any part which we believe has started to come loose. The danger of loose material or parts on any toy is that they might be inhaled or create a choking risk. We cannot guarantee that toy coverings will never get torn or that parts won’t eventually become loose after you start using them. So just as you would do with any other toy, it will be sensible to keep an eye on their condition, and to use your judgement about whether their use may one day need to be restricted, or more closely supervised. How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. Toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
