"Manwel the polar bear likes ice cream, the beach, swimming in the sea, cuddles and nose boops, but not all at once - lets give the guy some space - let's start with an ice cream first and go from there. He asked us upon arrival "how many ice creams get dropped on the beach every year?" .. "hmmm not sure" looking concerned ... "hundreds and thousands!".  He quipped. When asking him about his previous experiences in life he told us "I actually used to work in an ice cream shop, but I quit because I didn't like working on Sundaes!".  He's here all week (unless you give him a new home immediately)"

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. Toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
