"Jet grew up on a farm but has never been entirely convinced that’s where he’s meant to stay. He’s spent a fair bit of time near gates, looking out at the road as if something important might be just beyond it. He’s not unhappy where he is, just curious about what else there might be. He’d love a home where the door opens now and then and there’s always something new to see."

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. During the festive period toys can take up to around 10 - 12 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
