"Hercules is often mistaken for an actual sausage by seagulls when he's walking along the beach, but thankfully he has a very loud and incessant bark to ward them off. He is not a fan of heavy rain due to his tartan coat not being particularly waterproof - which he discovered during a January storm. Hercules is looking for a friend who would prefer to stay home under a blanket on rainy days."

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. During the festive period toys can take up to around 10 - 12 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
