"Cinnamon and Clove are an unusual sibling duo - a bear and a mouse! They like to scurry around the kitchen at night in search of spices to add to hot chocolate (yes.. spices.. yes.. hot chocolate). They have so far tried Paprika, Saffron, Cardamom and Garam masala but their favourite so far is a pinch of Cayenne. That's the drink that turned them this colour. We wouldn't recommend it. "

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. During the festive period toys can take up to around 10 - 12 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
