"Bernie moves incredibly slowly, so slowly infact that a spider once spun a web from his ear right down to the floor next to Bernie's foot. The spider thought this was quite funny and began playing his web like it was a yukelele. It took Bernie so long to turn his head to see the spider and the web that for a while he thought he had an earworm (we had to explain to Bernie that an earworm isn't a musical worm that lives in your ear)"

How long will my friend take?

Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. Toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.

What condition will my toy be in?

As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.

How will my toy come packaged?

Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.
