Can anyone recommend a great mobile service for making calls to countries around the world?
Loved Again is a space where new owners share the adventures of their pre-loved toys.

Former Loved Before bear Hils ( centre back)”took new bear Milo (little white chap)and some chums to explore her favourite National Trust property Anglesey Abbey. All the bears were very sensible and stayed in the shade. Milo was sure Lord Fairhaven would have liked his waistcoat and bow tie

Last week, two lovely boxes arrived at my cozy Manhattan apartment. Loved Before had packed them beautifully, and the Royal Mail had efficiently coordinated their delivery with USPS.

One of the boxes opened. Two mischievous faces peered out. With earnestness and a mite of anxiety, Ted & Edith inquired if this was their new home.
Wearing matching shirts from the Defence Fire Risk Management Organisation (where they used to run exit drills), they were eager to stretch their legs. But they weren’t alone. Another friend had traveled with them: Barnaby!

I’m grateful to Loved Before for letting Barnaby travel with Ted & Edith. He’d been rescued from a loft space, you see, where he’d been gathering dust for many years. Barnaby is a quiet gentleman who doesn’t like to make a fuss, but I can tell he’s worried about being left alone again. Ted & Edith had kept him company…

Fern has been here nearly two weeks now. He was a little nervous to start with but the steggies came to make sure he was okay. Now he is happily making friends and settling in. Also he was thrilled to meet Skipper again. The pteradactyl who he was friends with at Loved Before. It’s all getting a bit pre-historic here now.

Patrick arrived this morning and I took him straight to work with me :)
So far he's enjoyed eating a croissant and helping me with my spreadsheets, but I think the croissant is the clear winner so far (can't blame him, I also prefer croissants to spreadsheets).
Can't wait to take him more places, he fits perfectly in my bag and in my heart :)

In a quiet corner of England, tucked among shelves of pre‑loved treasures, lived a tiny orange fish named Bubbles. He was cheerful, bright, and full of hope — but he longed for a big friend to swim beside.
Across the sea in America, a very large fish named Wilmer lounged proudly on his couch‑reef. He was magnificent, impressive, and deeply loved… but even big fish get lonely sometimes. His human knew it too. She decided he needed a companion — someone small, sweet, and ready for adventure.
So she visited the Loved Before site, a magical place where stuffed animals wait for their next chapter. That’s where she found Bubbles, smiling shyly from his little listing. He needed a home, and Wilmer needed a friend. It was perfect.
But she also clicked one more button — the mystery stuffy option. A leap of faith. A surprise sealed in tape.
Days…
He's lovely. Perhaps his job title could be 'Head of Sustenance' with a salary of 1 croissant a day?
