At Loved Before, our mission is to make a difference by recycling pre-loved toys into "eco toys" that are not only adorable but also sustainable. We believe through the medium of soft toys we can teach the importance of preserving our planet to future generations.

Not only are all our toys fully sustainable due to their preloved nature, we also pride ourselves on using fully recyclable and sustainably sourced materials for all of our packaging.

The Process
01.
Send in your pre-loved toys
When you decide it's time to pass them on, prepare your pre-loved toys for their new adventure and donate them along with a little bio about them (if you wish).
Starting you friends on their adventure of becoming a sustainable soft toy!
02.
Time for a spa break
Your cuddly toys will check in here at HQ and get prepared for their visit to our spa where they receive a refresh and any repairs they might need.
Whilst they're having fun, we do the other stuff needed to make sure your children can play safely with their new friends. See FAQ 'are Loved Befores suitable for children?' for more details.
03.
Time for a new adventure
Once it's their time to shine, your pre-loved toys will have their own special photoshoot and be put up on our store where people can adopt them from all over the world.

A fresh
start
Your old friend starts their new life as a sustaianble soft toy and the chance at a new adventure, which can often be seen on our 'Loved Again' section which shows what they're up to in their new homes!

Since Loved Before started, it has donated over 50% of all its profits to charity.

Make-A-Wish UK creates life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses. Granting their
One True Wish provides hope for the future and the resilience to cope with treatment.
