How long will my stuffed animal take to dispatch?
Whilst we aim to get your stuffed animal out much sooner, during our busiest periods, toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch. During this time, we will be making sure they get all the spa treatments and TLC they need as well as packaging them up with all they need for a comfy journey ahead. Should you ever need particular urgency placed on your dispatch time, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team.
What shipping options do we offer?
We offer First Class, Second Class and Special Delivery Guaranteed for the UK and International Standard and International Tracked for any deliveries being made outside of the UK.
First Class (UK only)
Speed: Typically delivers within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Features: Fast and reliable service suitable for most items, offering next-day delivery in many cases.
Tracking: Limited tracking available, usually with confirmation of delivery.
Cost: Generally less expensive than Special Delivery Guaranteed.
Second Class (UK only)
Speed: Typically delivers within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Features: Cost-effective option for less urgent deliveries.
Tracking: Limited tracking available, usually with confirmation of delivery.
Cost: Generally cheaper than First Class but slower.
Special Delivery Guaranteed (UK only)
Speed: Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
Features: Provides peace of mind for urgent items, with a money-back guarantee if the item doesn't arrive on time.
Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking available.
Cost: Typically more expensive due to the guaranteed delivery time and added features.
International Standard (Non-UK only)
Speed: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 5 to 10 working days.
Features: Basic and economical option for sending parcels overseas.
Tracking: Limited tracking available, often with confirmation of dispatch and delivery.
Cost: Generally cheaper compared to tracked services.
International Tracked (Non-UK only)
Speed: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually faster than International Standard, often within 3 to 7 working days, but not definitely.
Features: Offers end-to-end tracking, providing visibility of the parcel's journey.
Tracking: Comprehensive tracking available, including updates on the parcel's location and delivery status.
Cost: Usually more expensive than International Standard due to the added tracking features and faster delivery times.
Please note that the only options that will provide tracking are Special Delivery Guaranteed and International Tracking.
