Please note that due to current circumstances a built in isolation period has been added to ensure the soft toy(s) within your order are safe. Due to this customers may expect some delays to their delivery and should get in touch with questions or queries on specific orders.

Although we hope all adoptions have a happy ending and your new soft toy is everything what you expect, we are happy to offer a full refund in any instance that you are not 100% satisfied with the soft toy you have bought.
